Great experience up to sale then no reply across multiple communication channels regarding delivery questions, and then when package arrives no instructions included for assembly.

Can someone please respond with instructions for assembly…?

Great service at the time of deciding and buying but now no responses to email or messenger regarding the need for instructions to put frame together! Print is sitting on my dining table and totally useless unless I get some instructions! Not impressed at all with communication post paying. If you are sending something that requires assembly you would think instructions are a given?
